Exchanged emails with a recruiter who contacted me on readyforce. After a couple weeks I got a phone interview. I was told that they would be questions about my knowledge of C++ and Java. They give you study material for these topics too. I did well on those questions because they were pretty basic. Then they asked me UML and SQL which I could not answer since I don't know those languages and never advertised that I did. At the end of the interview they said the recruiter would contact me within a day or two.
I never heard back from them again.
I guess I didn't take the interview and preparation too seriously because I read so many reviews about this company having a sketchy contract. It would be a big move for me to go to Virginia from California for something that could lock me into an unfavorable position.

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Multivision
Interview
It is a joke. they give you a pdf that is helpful. Go over basic OOP and Java/ .net/ sql questions. one phone call interview only. Lasted 15 min. strings, classes and interfaces, exceptions, sql. Dove right into the technical questions..didn't even care about my answer to 'tell me about yourself?'

it was easy and smooth, questions about my resume and some technical questions, I was first approached by company's secretary. she arranged a technical interview for me. I was contacted by one of their engineers, questions were mostly about my CS background and then some technical questions about what I was supposed to learn from their booklet
