Munchery Operations Manager interview questions

I'd relay to a CL posting -- three questions. 1) team building 2)Managing teams 3) Data analysis (Related) Recruiter had respond within two days, Set up an phone screening 7 days later, First words during the phone screening She/he asked directly "how much I want". !!!!! The recruiter also included stock options. Waited about 14 days, emailed , saying they founded someone else . It was very unprofessional
