Interview
There was an initial telephone interview via Skype and then the final interview for shortlisted candidates at the HQ in Munich. Then it was a big surprise at the HQ as the interview was held over a 4 hour period. I meet with 10 different people during this time. and then the follow up was not very thorough when I was contacted.
