Not very hard, actually fair enough, the interviewers however ask lots of follow up questions, but they are very nice. Would recommend practicing lots of typical interview questions before you go.

It constitutes of what they send as requirements in the email so make sure to study them all (they focus on a few topics that you might not expect to come) and also job related questions like how would you test this and that and how would reply to this client.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Murex (Beirut) in Oct 2023
Interview
The process is very long, took me about 6 months from the day I did the exam to getting the acceptance. However, the process is very clear and the recruiter is always available. The interviews were challenging but fun; the interviewers are very nice.
