I applied online. I interviewed at Muscogee County School District (Durham, NC) in July 2025
Interview
easy, not many questions. Asked about previous employment and salary requirements. There really is not much to say about the process. I was offered a position but declined due to receiving another offer the day before they contacted me.
the interview was very easygoing smoothly and felt more like a friendly conversation than a formal assessment. The interviewer was approachable and asked insightful questions that allowed me to highlight my skills and experiences effectively. I felt comfortable and confident throughout, which made the entire process enjoyable. It's always a positive sign when an interview leaves you feeling enthusiastic about the opportunity and the potential to contribute to the team.

Interview
Attended virtual job fair. Interviewed with school on individual basis. All interviews were done virtually, but a school tour was offered if I had been able to attend. Overall the process was streamlined and I felt ownership over the choice I made about what school I taught at.
