First call was with HR and then a meeting with exec director and regional manager. A total of 3 interviews over the course of two weeks. Job offer came within three days of last interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Muscular Dystrophy Association in June 2016
Interview
I did 3 interviews before I was offered a position to work at MDA. The first one was a phone interview- very informal and easy. They (HR) basically just wanted to learn about you as a person and your background. Second interview was in the office with your potential boss (executive director), this was a typical interview. Asked about your background, why you're interested in working at MDA, what makes you a good candidate, your strengths and weaknesses. The third interview was a bit intimidating, it's with your boss's boss (divisional director). They grill you a bit harder, ask situational questions, really ask why you want to work at MDA and why you think you'd be a good fit for the role.

It was very easy, I applied online and was contacted the next day. The first interview was with HR and then they asked if I would please do the next one. It could be either via Skype or in person. I interviewed on a Wednesday and the next day I was called and hired.

Interview
Online application through their website. Was contacted by a recruiter within one business day for phone interview. It was brief and consisted of three to four questions. Not much room to ask many questions as this point.
