Hard to tell if they are racist or actually just that clueless. They make multiple hires from the same companies and its very obvious they hire the blonde white girls over anyone else regardless of experience and knowledge. This is very unacceptable for it to be happening and clear as day in the times we live in.

I started off with initial interviews with a recruiter for the parent company, then interviews with the Marketing team, and a final interview presentation to several members, presenting an original campaign proposal project.

Great process, I spoke with the recruiter, then the COO then the CSO. Then got a call back from the COO. great communication throughout and very timely. Had a one hour conversation with each executive.
