I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MuteSix in Jan 2022
Interview
Three interview process with an assignment right before the 3rd interview. Initially applied for a different position but got told to interview for another. Last two interviews were basically with the same two people. As for the assignment, very rigorous for something that will just be reviewed and possibly not hired for. I was instructed to create a strategy and copy which took time and effort.

Interview
I went through a process of 3 different interviews over about 3 weeks - a phone screen with a recruiter, video interview with the VP of Paid Social, and a group video interview with Sr Campaign Managers in which I walked through an assessment they had me complete. I didn't hear back for almost 2 weeks with a couple attempts to follow up. I finally got a response that let me know they've paused hiring for that particular position. But they're still posting the listing everywhere.... even after I was told this.
Seemed like a waste of time. Just be honest - don't string people along.

Interview
Phone interview, video interview, and a presentation for a panel of interviewers. During my 2nd interview presentation one of the interviewers was driving, so I don’t even think they were paying attention. Another interviewer wasn’t even aware that it was my second interview, and the other 2 interviewers were completely disinterested. The majority of the panel was also late to the interview. I asked for feedback and none was given. I ended up not getting an offer. It’s one thing if I got criticism from the panel that allowed us to have a dialogue, but I don’t believe anyone knew who was taking the lead during the interview. I think it’s insulting, rude, and unprofessional to assign such lengthy tasks to prospective employees, and then be so dismissive of them. It doesn’t matter that an offer wasn’t given, based on the interview experience I don’t want one, but this interview process felt like a waste of time. This might speak to how things are behind the scenes. They said they’d keep me in mind for future positions, but I definitely don’t plan to pursue them further. I’d urge others to look elsewhere, as they don’t seem to be interested in respecting your time.
