I interviewed at Mutual of America (Boca Raton, FL)
Interview
The interview process began with an initial conversation with a recruiter, followed by a one-on-one interview.
During the second interview, she provided a very vague overview of the product and quickly shifted to asking questions about my resume. Throughout the conversation, she repeatedly interrupted me while I was responding. Her tone came across as intimidating, and overall the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked questions about the team’s collaboration style or what she personally enjoyed about working at the company, she respond "we all collaborate in here". The whole experience was awful.
