It is a very competitive interview process. They start with a phone call and then a Zoom interview. If you make it past that, they fly you into Omaha for two in-person interviews, a group project with the other candidates, and a role-play. They intentionally make it super difficult, throw curve-balls that you would have never expected or could have even prepared for. They also try to distract you and throw you off during the group project and role plays. They also test your grit by being intentionally harsh on all of the feedback. Like Gordon Ramsey when he called that girl an idiot sandwich type of harsh. I'd say the overall process can be best compared to the corporate version of pledging a fraternity.
