I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MyITpros (Austin, TX) in July 2018
Interview
Had a phone screening and assessment followed by two in person interviews. I did my research on the company and was met with indirect at best answers about the company. My concerns about the negative reviews were validated when they contradicted questions I had from readily available information from their own website. Prepare to interview with people wearing shorts and old t-shirts. Not the most professional environment which starts at the top here -Buyer Beware- but they’re relatively polite people.

I applied online. I interviewed at MyITpros (Austin, TX) in Aug 2020
Interview
Had call with HR rep, lasted about 30 minutes. Didnt ask many if any questions about capability to do the job, most of the call was me asking questions about the role/company which received generalized/vague answers. Was told there would be a followup technical assessment/two zoom interviews.
Declined the role because their budget (17-18hr) was about 7-9k below market value for the location (Austin) and they were unwilling to go up.

Interview
Applied for the position and had a phone interview set up within a few days. The interviewer was professional and able to answer any questions I had. The interview questions weren't too technical because there is an assessment for that later.
