Applied online and the entire process took about 7 weeks. Overall, the interview loop lacked consistent communication and candidate engagement. I went through 4 interview rounds in total, which included preparing and delivering a 45-minute case study presentation. Throughout the process, I frequently had to follow up with the recruiter to get status updates after each session. Ultimately, I received what appeared to be an automated email stating the role was no longer available. When I reached out to the hiring manager for additional feedback, they offered to follow up with more information but never did. It was a discouraging experience given the time investment required.
