It took more than a month with the process, one assignment followed by a CTO, CEO and founder's round ... They really don't know what they are looking for ... They are hiding behind the soft skills of their HR ... If this is the state of their recruitment process I am not sure how they would be doing business!

Had 4 rounds of interview with the HR, CEO, Head of Technology and Founder. All the rounds were very educative and everyone was very professional with their questions. The first round was with the CEO, a gentleman in all respect after which I did an assignment. Second round was with the Head of Technology and third was with the founder.
