The interview process moved very swiftly (especially compared to other companies I've interviewed with in the past). I had a 30 minute phone screen with the recruiter initially (she reached out to me), then an hour onsite interview with the hiring manager (CEO), and finally a 2.5 hour onsite panel interview that included 4 members of the team. Everyone was very professional, transparent, and informative throughout the process. The recruiter was always available to answer my questions whether through email or text which I found very comforting. I also really appreciated that when the recruiter initially reached out to me, she actually took the time to comb through my LinkedIn profile to pinpoint specific reasons why I would be a good fit at Mya (most LinkedIn messages I get to this effect are very bland and you can tell they are batch messages not tailored to the specific person).
