I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Myelin Foundry (Bengaluru) in Aug 2022
Interview
Interview went out really well, asked about fundamentals of AI and DL and about the projects. Fundamental understanding of AI and DL helps out more, brush up of the techniques and models used in projects mentioned.
I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Myelin Foundry (New Delhi) in June 2020
Interview
The interview process was good. Questions were fairly easy and focused on algorithms and time complexities. Projects were also a key highlight of the process. Questions from my resume were there. Other than that questions from SQL and Java Basics were there. JVM vs JRE.
Questions based on Exo-player, a library they work on were there as well.

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Myelin Foundry in May 2020
Interview
The process is long but very engaging. I had at least five interviews. All of which evaluated very different facets of my skills and personality. I was interviewed for the AI and deep learning team at the company.
I had a couple of initial screening calls from the HR and my future manager before formal interviews.
The first technical interview was with the chief engineer. I absolutely loved giving this one. He tested the depth of my understanding with neural networks. And also asked questions around common scenarios that occur in applied deep learning.
Second interview was with the Senior Solutions Architect. He asked me questions about my previous projects. And tested my approach to solving problems. There were a few simple puzzles and programming questions too.
The interviews that followed were with the Senior Technology Leader, CTO and CEO. I was pleasantly surprised at the nature of these interviews. These were primarily taken to understand me as a person, how I look at problems and think about the world. This is an early stage startup (pre series A). And the leadership team rightly prioritizes cultural fit while hiring. Now that I look back after a month of joining, I can truly appreciate the well designed interview process.
