I went through an interview and a test that consisted in creating a character and preparing a full animatic for a product, both following some specific guidelines to complete in one week. I was not offered the position I was applying to, but instead they offered me another position with a salary way below european standards, considering the clients they work with (12 eu x hour / 1400 eu x month). I was even told they would contact me to work as a freelancer, but it never happend. A total waste of time :(
