Once mutual interest was established, they sent a link for a DISK assessment. Day of in-person interview consisted of math/verbal skills test, in-person interview with 2 sales VPs. They also asked for 3 references. Final step was an in-person interview with the CEO. Entire process from initial call to decision took less than 2 weeks.
