I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at N. Glantz & Son (Cleveland, OH) in Jan 2018
Interview
Used the STAR method. Very relaxed and comfortable. Hr rep and a director was present. Sat in an office and discussed past present and future state of the company along with expectations and my work history. Not alot of depth to previous accomplishments.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at N. Glantz & Son (Pittsburgh, PA) in May 2018
Interview
Applied online, phone call - interview then offer. Plus background, MVR and drug screen. The longest part was the background - it took a few days to come back. I had an offer letter with my rate and PTO information right away and that was important.

Interview
HR person set up phone interview for a specific date and time. I was at home waiting for the call. Appointment time came and went. I waited an additional 15 mins for the call. I then called the HR person, got her voice mail and left a message. Waited another 30 mins, called again, got voice mail again. Called another 30 mins after that, got voice mail again. At that point I went about my day, but waited by the phone in case they called. I called again the following business day and left another message. I also emailed to see if the interview was still taking place. Never got a response. If you set up an appointment you should keep it or if you need to cancel then contact the person. Respect the time that they are putting in doing research and the interview. If something happens or you have found someone, you should let the other people know so they can move on. Unprofessional.
