Interview
Multi stage process with interviews from heads of different departments in order to check if there is a fit and if there could be a technical match as well. Some the steps can take place online, there is always the final interview at the office in order for the interviewee to also have an idea of what the office life might look like.

The overall interview process was nice. Everyone who took seemed friendly. You have to be motivated to be part of N Side. So cover letter plays a major role to get an interview. But the problem was they took more than 1 month and scheduled 6 -7 interviews.

Technical interview was pretty basic. Write Fibonacci both iterative and recursive. What is Tail recursion?
