Interview
Initial screening call with recruiter 15mins
1st round interview with SDR manager - sales compatibility, experience, career goals and cold call simulation
2nd round - same with SDR EMEA Manager
Final round - in person, with Director of Sales
too many stages to go through. I did three interviews but was told there were four. First Interview was with HR then second two with the hiring team. By the 3rd interview I genuinely felt like I didn't want the job anymore.
Great experience, let your personality shine and show them that you have the skills. They are very friendly so be confident and talk to them like it’s a normal convo
