I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at N26
Interview
It was a three stage process. Each interview was 30 minutes long and very pleasant. The first was with two people from the office, the second was with the office managers from other countries and the third was with the general manager.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at N26 (Berlin)
Interview
All the process is quite relaxing. i was well informed of the process and everything what is happening. after signing in, the responsible person met me and brought to the meeting room, offered drinks and made sure everything is in place and i feel comfortable. the actual interview was basically about actually understanding me as a person and my capabilities towards the role and not only concentrating on the CV facts. for me this was the first interview like that and i find it much more relevant. also, there was a second part- meeting one of the founders. this interview was more specific and formal. in overall, i felt like they get to know me quite well as a candidate. In addition, i must admit that communication with me via email was super quick. Got the offer for interview same day as handed-in the CV, interviewed next day.
