I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NADAP (New York, NY) in July 2019
Interview
The initial interview was by phone. The second interview was in person with HR. HR then scheduled you for a third interview on another day . The third interview was a meeting with the potential Supervisor and the Program Manager. This was followed with an interview with two other Care Coordinators. I found this to be UNPROFESSIONAL that two employees had a copy of your resume. This is the role of the HR department and the hiring staff. This was a long process and a waste of time.

Interview
Multiple phone calls with HR before interview. Technical in person interview included list of scenario questions and then a computer based test to check basic excel and general Microsoft skills. There was another in person interview with immediate supervisor and one with current employees.
