I just sat down with the managing broker, literally was a normal conversation. Lasted like 30 minutes, he asked me the simple questions just to get to know me. Then he also brought in another broker and we just all talked. They ultimately want to figure out what my life goals are and whether or not the job they do aligns with your career goals.
