The interviews were very easy compared to those of most companies I interviewed for. Very very basic coding questions and logic questions. The phone screen is very conversational with a recruiter. And then there's a technical phone screen, which is extremely easy
No live technical component, but the process was still technical. Should know your own code very well. Entire team on call usually. Behavioral matters a lot, so know exactly why you want to join.

Interviewed for Flight SWE position in Fall 2023. Screening Call, then video call with Hiring Manager. Ghosted after the Second round -- Perhaps as a result of the waves of layoffs they experienced (And are still experiencing it seems)
