1st: Asking if you know the tools they use and your familiarity with basic business processes. Most of it is budgeting related and admin related too
2nd: majority focused on team work skills. How do you get along with others, navigate conflicts, stand up to a superior, etc etc. very interpersonal based. A few questions about projects I worked on in relation to the role
3rd: case example. Was provided a basic budget spreadsheet that mocked a scenario and it was more of a walkthrough on how to do it
4th: meeting with the director of the org. If you made it this far, you're good (I assumed for me)
