First interview was with a NASCAR recruiter, second interview was with the marketing executives for the team I worked for. In the first interview they asked me simple questions, seemed like they were trying to get a sense of where they could place me. Second interview was very conversational, basic interview questions but we were able to make a conversation out of them.
