I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at NAVEX (Lake Oswego, OR) in May 2015
Interview
Phone interview followed by an online math and reasoning test. After that, I had an in-person interview and the opportunity to shadow someone in the position for a couple of hours. Everything happened pretty quickly, and I liked the energy level of everyone at the company. Very responsive and clear on what they want.

Question 1
No offer due to poor fit, but that feeling was mutual. I appreciated how candid everyone at the company was throughout the hiring process. Would consider working for this company if a suitable position arose.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NAVEX (Rexburg, ID) in July 2015
Interview
Recruiter called and set up onsite interview with Client Care Manager. The Manager then interviewed me for about an hour. Navex has you take a cognitive test and personality test. To me, it sounded like this position is really just a hotline rep position.
