I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NBC 5 - KXAS (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2015

Interview

The HR person had no idea what she was talking about and promised things that she did not have the authority to promise. I don't think she knew what she was doing. It seemed like she was asking questions from an HR rulebook. She was reading her email while I was speaking.
