I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal
Interview
Applied about a month prior then received an email to set up a phone screen. After the phone screen I thought everything went well, but eventually ghosted me. Which is very unprofessional.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Phone Screen: Why Do you want to work specifically for NBC? Tell me about your background? Why are you interested in this position?
Didn't really hear back. Received an email to do a video interview where you record yourself answering a few questions. Never heard back after that about what was next in the interview process or anything; felt like I was ghosted.

Interview
Started with a phone screen that went well. Passed along to meet with the SVP. Things went well. Couple weeks went by with no update. Changed my position on their careers portal to "no longer in consideration". I reached out the recruiter and was told that it was an error and I was still being considered. It has since been over a month since I last heard from the recruiter. Also after doing a quick LinkedIn search, I found that someone was hired for the position. I'm not upset that I didn't get it, I'm more upset over the lack of communication.
