I applied online. I interviewed at NBCUniversal in Nov 2023
Interview
About two weeks after my application, I was invited to the virtual interview stage, where I recorded short responses to pre-written questions. As there is no live interviewer, you can complete this on your own time. A month later, I was invited to the panel interview, where you select a time from a range of options. During this, you are on a group video call, where you first watch a presentation about the program, and then answer a few questions alongside other candidates for about an hour. After a break, you enter a smaller group of candidates to do a group activity and finish with a 15-20-minute individual interview. A week after this panel interview, I received my formal offer over the phone. The process was just about 2 months from sending in my initial application to receiving the final offer.

Tell us about a time you received feedback on your work. How did you respond?
What is an aspect of NBCUniversal's work or history that you find interesting, and why?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (New York, NY) in Mar 2026
Interview
First is a standard application process. Second interview is a HireVue with 4 total questions. Final interview is a 3-hour long panel interview with other candidates. For the final interview, you have a ground project, individual questions within the entire group, and a 30-minute 1-on-1 interview.
You are required to upload a resume and an optional cover letter which I did. Then they send a hireview with four questions. Overall it is a simple process and easy to follow.
