The interview began with a brief introduction focused on the candidate. The interviewer asked about the candidate’s educational background, skill set, and experience. There were also situational questions, such as how the candidate would approach and resolve specific problems. Additionally, the interviewer asked about the candidate’s current place of residence (city and region) as well as the availability of a military ID or conscription certificate.
Afterward, the interviewer switched to a few random questions in English, which helped evaluate the candidate’s language proficiency. Toward the end of the interview, the candidate was asked about their expected salary.
I also asked about the test mentioned in the HR’s email. According to the interviewer, completing the test is optional but can earn additional points during the evaluation process.
The test consists of two parts:
Oral section – I will receive three open-ended questions in English (e.g., what makes me valuable to the company, how I deal with challenges, etc.). I will have a short time (a few dozen seconds) to prepare before answering each question out loud.
Interactive games – These include tasks such as:
Finding two or more matching objects,
Memorizing a sequence of numbers and repeating them (later in reverse order),
A personality-based quiz where I choose which traits describe me better (e.g., introvert vs. extrovert, leader vs. team player).

Interview
It was a Smooth and straight interview process with excellent interviewer on the background with was held on the Microsoft teams, anxious about it at first but became calm afterwards.
There wasn’t a process. There was a beginning, middle & an end. I regret even replying to the interview invitation. The interview was null and void. The presentation was all I needed to see and I never saw the establishment again.
