First off, I would like to say that everyone I spoke to during the process was extremely kind. Started with a standard screening call and was lucky enough to get offered an interview. Interview was not unpleasant, people seemed nice, answered questions about past career in a relaxed virtual chat format. Was then asked to undertake a Wonscore test to define personality type and attributes related to the advertised position. After that, I was completely ghosted and did not hear another thing from the company ever again. I completely understand if I was not a good fit for the job, but how hard would it have been to send a standard email saying, “thanks, but no thanks”? I emailed the representative from HR that I had been speaking to requesting feedback on potential improvements that I could make for the future and again, did not receive a reply. Based upon this unprofessional and, frankly ignorant behavior, I’m kind of glad I didn’t get the job.
