Interview
i went through consultancy. there is a direct interview process. the interviewer asked me questions related to my educational background and followed by deign related and technical questions. i was offered a job but declined due to lack of package and the interview process overall was a good experience.
I'm not sure who posted this because we did not interview anyone in Bengaluru, India for a position at NCN. We only provide software engineering and would not interview a Mechanical Engineer because we do not provide those services. You must have posted this for the wrong company.
