Interview process was a very smooth. The process took about 3weeks or so. Phone screen with the recruiter followed by a call with the manager and then an in-person meeting with the manager. The question was basically how would you adapt to this business and what values you would bring to the team.

Interview
Three interviews in as many days. First was standard screening interview with HR. Second was with who would have been my direct manager (he was wearing a T-shirt), third was with VP. Final interview was the most interesting. Second interviewer seemed aggravated with the whole process and dismissive of me as I was coming from another industry.
This is really a getem' in as fast as possible series of interviews. Didn't like that I asked about turnover in the position (turnover seemed substantial).

4 rounds of interviews. Had the 4th interview and then the recruitment team, the sales management team and everyone spoken to disappeared like the Marie Celeste on a Misty sea.
No response to any follow up.
