Horrible experience, amazingly disrespectful. The proccess took 5 months, and in the interview they were proud of it.... :0 It started when I apllied in August, got contacted for the next step only in October, and to my suprise, they rushed me to work on a very complicated home task, one that should take about 2-3 days, during the next immediate 2 days (weekend). I asked to be at least interviewed before being requested to work for free for them, but they refused and said that this is the proccess and it is very improtant to finish it ASAP. So I worked very hard and sent it. No answer arrived for a very long time. I started to get angry and ask for an update, and got an email that I wasn't accepted. I asked why? and they said it was a mistake and I am still being considered.... Only after a month and a half, they finally told me that they were happy with the home task and would like to invite me for an interview - Tomorrow! Again, shocking. I agreed, arrived, and met a guy that asked to to tell about my home task in very deep level, one that no person in the world would ever remember after a month and a half from the time I worked on it... but I somehow managed to remember most of it, and he became staisfied. When I asked him to improve the proccess, he became annoyed and sayd that the proccess here takes a few months and sometimes even more, and they are very proud of it. I left there and didn't hear from them again, of course, until 2 months after. I already found a job and got 2 other offeres. I advice everyone - save yourself from this humiliation.
