NCR doesn't recruit virtually, so you have to meet them at a Career Fair or campus event. Then, I got an email. It was 1 behavioral interview and I got an offer the next week.
First Recruiter interview just to discourse my experience and what I was looking for in terms of compensation and then group interview was scheduled after 2 weeks. I spoke to the Team Leader and a director and it was a good interview.

I met with two upper managers and several coworkers. There were five 15-30 conversations that let me gage the employees and culture. The process was over a two week period.
