I applied on position After 1 month I got email that I shortlisted Nobody called me - I started asking HR who sent me this email. He answer that other HR must call me but he busy/business trip. Similar situation was ~3 weeks. Also I asked familiar for recommendations inside company. After 3w I stopped asking HR about call. In result after 4 months of course no calls and no emails with "sorry" If company don't search candidates - maybe not necessary create positions? Or at least don't send emails about shortlisted.
