I was contacted over the phone and offered the interview after expressing I was still interested in the position. NCUA covered my flight and my lodging to travel to the regional offices in Austin for a three-person panel interview. Panel included my potential manager, a manager from Houston, and an analyst. There were a total of six questions. There was sometime silence between the questions because of the time needed for the panel to summarize my answers. There was no written assessment as this was a part of the application process through USA Jobs.

Not a good process. No smiling whatsoever from the interviewees, they acted all high and mighty, never even got back to me after I've reached out to countless people. Dissapointing
Interviewed in front of a panel of 3 people you are given the 6 question prompts before your interview. They accommodated me when I asked for a delay. Questions are meant to reveal your character

Interview
Virtual interview with a panel of 3 supervisors. They were only allowed to ask 5 questions and then I asked questions. Interview took less than and hour. Was pretty straightforward.
