NCW interview questions

They take their interviews very seriously, it was a lengthy process. During my interview I asked what role they saw me taking in the company or where I would fit in culturally and they told me my past experiences weren't as strong as other candidates- however none of those other candidates were college athletes so they had time for more internships. This was my first interview out of college. They explained their company structure during the interview and honestly they seemed a bit sexist, only hiring females if they were family/related to a male already working there.
