Interview
Telephonic and then f2f technical than managerial and then Hr round. The questions were mostly basic java questions. with few questions on spring and hibernate. There were a few questions on the projects I have done. The managerial round was basically to check my communication skills.

They took 3 rounds, 2 technical round and 3rd round manager round..
They asked only basic questions. after complete all 3 rounds they said, over qualified for the position. Why they need to take the interview till 3 rd rounds.
