I applied online. I interviewed at NEOFECT (Richmond, VA) in July 2019
Interview
CEO, Scott Kim, was so awkward and kept making very inappropriate comments that were quite sexist.
None of the sales strategies that they discussed made any sense, and the set up was very odd as well.
Poor interview process. They used an outside entity to shift through resumes for initial phone interview. Was contacted pretty quickly and spoke with a leader of the company. Was told the interview went well and they would recommend the second interview with the Manager. Sent a thank you note. Recruiter also noted they like thank you notes.
Second phone interview with Manager went very well. Was told my next interview will be with the Top Person as he is out of the country that week and I would have an interview scheduled upon his return. I sent another thank you note. That’s when the Indeed recruiter stopped responding, the Manager never responded and neither did the other senior leader. I sent a follow up email a few days later hoping to get a response but they ignored the attempt.
I was previously told I would get a response either way and after three interviews with very positive feedback and being told I would be a great fit for the role to being ignored is a big miss on the company’s part from a customer service perspective. It was clear they have a total disregard for someone’s time and even if you don’t get the job it is appropriate to respond to a candidate that had multiple interviews with you. I do hope they treat their actual employees with more respect as the company is doing some great work in the rehabilitation field.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NEOFECT (Richmond, VA)
Interview
Fun and easy asked a lot of questions about previous experience. Also asked a lot of questions about how to spell medical terms. Very weird in that note. Overall fun and inviting hiring process everyone was very nice but the money wasn’t there
