NERA Research Associate interview questions

Two interviews: Screening: One on one with an analyst. Lots of questions about previous work and schooling. Know your projects and why you are passionate. Super day: 1.5 hours, three interviews with two members of the team in each. All questions on past data and econometric projects. Know the projects, methodologies, and theory really well. They look for intellectual curiosity. Be authentic.

The interview process was straightforward. First round 30 minute interview with junior RA followed by second round with 6 people of various seniority (3 rounds with 2 people each) for 30 minutes each.
