Four interviews over the course of a month (the fourth interview was a final interview.) After each interview I received no candidate feedback from the recruiter. It would be helpful to get an outsider's perspective on "something." The recruiter was more of an appointment setter designed to just coordinate my availability to interview. The people I interviewed with seemed professional, and easy to connect with. But, after interview four (after assuming I would get an offer) I received a three sentence auto-email from their HR saying they decided to move forward with other more qualified candidates. After four interviews a candidate professionally deserves more then a 3 sentence auto-email saying "pass." Passed for other more qualified candidates - The job and location that I interviewed for had a new open job requisition hours after I was passed on. Contradictory to the context of the auto-email I received from the HR department. There were not other more qualified candidates.
