Next’s interview process is straightforward: online application, short phone screening, warehouse assessment, safety briefing, and quick feedback, focusing on teamwork, accuracy, reliability, and shift flexibility for retail and warehouse roles.
Process involves an application online and selecting which hours you wish to work, if you are successful you are offered an interview and a start date to which you then confirm, then an email is sent with the contractual hours on offer

Had a phone call prior to the interview to see if I was still attending. Interviewer explained all the details of requirements for the role and was very warm and welcoming
