It was an over the phone interview, rather than in-person or via video call. They asked questions to gauge my level of customer experience and how I would interact with customers on the shop floor.

If a customer came up to you and asked for advice on a particular item, but you were already serving someone behind the till, what would you do?

Easy phone call interview to take an in-person assessment at the store. Not much easy questions. Just be confident and try your best. Also take all the documentation necessary when needed as they can make or break your offer.
