I applied online and filled in the online questionnaire. Then a day after the application date closed I received a phone call and it was a 10 minute telephone interview. I was at the end of the phone call asked to come into store for a 'team assessment'. When I got to the store I was showed around by one of the managers then straight away asked to work on the shop floor. I had to put clothes away from the rail with the clothes from the changing rooms and ask customers if they want any help. This lasted for about 30 minutes and then we went back to the managers office. She asked me to sign some things and I was given £10 travel expenses and was told I would receive a £10 gift card through the post. She said I would hear if I got the job on Monday. All the staff were so nice and friendly and it was quite an easy interview.
