when applying for a temporary job online they just give you a phone call after you've applied. it is very informal and they mainly just want to know what hours you can work - don't stress :)

I applied online and was called back within a week. They left a message asking me to call back for a phone interview. The questions were: sometimes the store isn't busy, how will you make sure you seem occupied in this time? what are you passionate about? What is good customer service to you? Then she asked how I'd be able to get to early sale days and checked I could work. Then invited me straight away for an induction.
