Applied online and had to answer a few questions about being a sales assistant and my availability etc. Then received a phone call about a week later offering an interview. At the interview I was asked the same questions including the sales assistant questionnaire. The questions were basically what I would do in certain situations such as having 3 different customers asking for shoes or customers waiting in a queue for a long time. The interview was quite friendly but formal with the ASM. I also had to do a 20 minute practical on the fitting rooms. A few days later I was offered the job. They were interested in the fact that I had previous experience. They also needed someone that was fully flexible.
