You apply online and have to answer a quiz. If you pass this stage you then get shortlisted. You are then randomly chosen, not by grades or experience. You then do a phone interview which is very easy, they tell you then and there if you go onto the next stage. the next stage is a introduction, this involves meeting the team and a tour of the sight and a 30 minutes on the shop floor working. You then get called into an office and they tell you if you got the job. I got a £10 gift card and £10 cash for travel expenses

Heard getting a job at next was difficult. Honestly it isn't. Simple questions, verbal and maths, as well as personality questions. Get through that stage and there will be an over the phone interview, a few days later. Simple interview, easy, relaxed questions. Much better than a face to face interview.
