Interview
Interview was fairly basic, after a phone interview, i had to be on the shop floor for 45 mins to and hour and just had to show you interacted with customers and offered help. Overall wasnt a great experience because if you ask someone if they need help and they say yes, you cant really help them only push them to someone else.
Had to complete a basic online maths assessment about calculating rates, percentages, discounts etc. In person interview with situational assessment, walked around the shop floor. Was assessed for 5 minutes as I went and asked customers if they needed any help or assistance, did a floor call, outbound call to another shop and a call to stock room.

Did you notice any clothes on the floor or rails that were empty as we walked the shop floor?
Completed the online application and then they rang me to arrange a phone interview - they rang on Friday and the phone interview was on Monday. The lady on the phone was so lovely and the interview was very relaxed.
